Wolt is a technology company that provides a food delivery service. Founded in 2014 in Helsinki, Finland, Wolt has rapidly expanded its services across numerous countries and cities in Europe and beyond.

My Approach

My approach to creating the 2D animated commercial for Wolt focused on illustrating the convenience and excitement of food delivery through vibrant, engaging animations. I aimed to highlight Wolt’s unique features and services, making the experience relatable and appealing to a broad audience.

Challenges and Solutions

One of the primary challenges was effectively conveying the speed and efficiency of Wolt’s delivery service in a short format while keeping the animation visually appealing. To tackle this, I created a fast-paced narrative that showcased various scenarios where Wolt makes life easier for customers—like ordering food while working, studying, or relaxing at home. Additionally, I faced the challenge of maintaining brand consistency with Wolt’s existing visual identity. To address this, I closely followed their color palette and style guidelines, ensuring that the animation matched their branding while also standing out.
